"Hot under the Collar" Anger, or full blown Rage, Anger Management will help your Employees.

Chronic anger can be costly to employers, in many ways:

Anger Management Coaching Group Programs should be viewed as an investment in your employees.  These programs are often not provided by employers to their employees due to limited staff or time restrictions. 

The Programs will become a cost savings by:

• Helping your company minimize the costs involved with Anger Management issues
• Proactively training your employees in preventing / controlling these problems. 
• Resulting in a reduction and stress, tension, and personal tension between your employees

The programs can be:

With each program, your employees will receive a workbook and other related training material.  There will also be a pre training evaluation questionnaire for each participant as well as a post evaluation questionnaire of the program.

• Effective tools to combat Anger
• Learning to respond instead of react
• Recognition of consequences vs. results
• Positive self talk skills
• Empathy for others
• Learning to forgive self and others
• More positive attitudes.
